The need to add value to electronic articles and their archives is widely acknowledged. We undertook a pilot study with Portland Press Ltd., using semantic technologies to integrate research data and interactive bioinformatics tools with their online content. We present the result here – the Semantic Biochemical Journal, powered by Utopia Documents.
